What We Do
Spear Landscaping & Development Inc. has been in business since 2016 and is a year round full-service and fully-insured landscaping and construction company. We cover Construction and Estate Design Projects such as drainage tile, hardscape design, grading, sodding and retaining walls.
We also cover Yard Care Maintenance for our clients which can include: aeration, thatching, mowing, edging, trimming, fertilization for plant beds, mulching, weeding, and planting. Each dedicated client receives a Spring and Fall Cleanup which encompasses a full yard makeover.
During the winter, we offer snow removal to our clients. We want to ensure a safe and beautiful property during the frigid Chicago Snow Season.
